Anika Burke Online Return Policy


You may return most new, unworn, unwashed items, with no stains, visible wear, smells or animal hair with tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. 

Please Note

  • Items MUST still have tags on them. No exceptions. Shoe boxes must be encased in another box to protect it. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels on them we will not allow them back. We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records.
  • Items that were 25% off or more or purchased with any promo code can be returned for store credit, no refunds!
  • All sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • All Get The Looks are a final sale!
  • Do to hygiene reason the following items can not be returned: All Accessories, Jewelry, Underwear, Bralettes, Leggings and Activewear.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Prom Shop by Anika Burke/ Formal Wear Return Policy

  • Exchanges: Should you need a different size or color in the same style dress, please text 530.918.8850. Final Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. 

  • Refunds: Regular-priced items may be returned for a refund less a 10% restocking fee or $20 whatever is greater.

  • Store Credit: Items may be returned for a full store credit, unless otherwise stated. 

  • Final Sale: All items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged

  • In Store Pickup: Dresses / gowns picked up in store are marked "Final Sale" once the dress leaves the store.  Please inspect and try on your dress before leaving the store.  Do not leave with your dress if you have any hesitations.  

You must request to return your item via your account portal and ship the item back within 3 days after receiving your order.

All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, undamaged, salable, with original tags and packaging. Items returned with signs of obvious use may be subject to the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.

 
What if my package is refused or not delivered?

 

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping cost.  

 

Overnight and 2nd Day Air: $18.00 return cost.

3 Day Shipping and Ground Shipping: $7.00 return cost.

 

If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but a restocking fee of $15 or 20% whichever is greater will be deducted from the refund.

 

Online purchases may be returned in-store for store credit only.
